OurCalling’s Annual Thanksgiving Celebration

A Place for Every Neighbor

At its heart, Thanksgiving is about gratitude, generosity, and togetherness—and there’s no better way to celebrate than around a table with our neighbors.

OurCalling’s Annual Thanksgiving Celebration brings staff, volunteers, and our neighbors experiencing homelessness together to share a warm meal, build connection, and celebrate the holiday as a community. Your role as a volunteer is about more than serving food. It’s about creating a place where every neighbor feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. From pouring the first cup of coffee in the morning to serving a Thanksgiving meal, sharing a table, processing donations, and helping behind the scenes, there’s a place for you to serve!
