Tom is a board-certified pediatric surgeon and has served on the OurCalling board since 2016. His heart for medical missions has taken him and his wife to perform critical surgeries in various clinics around Kenya. He recently earned his Masters in Theology and enjoys serving regularly at OurCalling.

Melissa is a wife and mother to six children. An active community volunteer, she has vast knowledge of foster care and adoption and the array of challenges children within the system face. She began volunteering at OurCalling in 2012 and joined the OurCalling board in 2014.

Chris is an attorney and wealth manager and has served on the OurCalling board since 2008. He is a committed advocate and strategic advisor for OurCalling, who has overseen significant expansion of the ministry over the last 15 years.

Wayne serves as OurCalling’s CEO and Pastor. He has a master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary. Wayne has been involved with outreach for almost twenty-five years, the last nineteen of which have been focused on the homeless. As the founder and visionary for OurCalling, he champions and models its core cause, invites dialog, cooperates with other homeless-oriented service partners, and plans the organization’s programs and strategies for the present and future.

John Williams is a retired corporate HR executive who has also dedicated 14 years of his career to serving faith-based nonprofits. He has enjoyed serving OurCalling’s mission since 2017 as a consultant, employee, volunteer and most recently, as a board member.

Amy is an active community volunteer and joined the OurCalling board in 2017. As the wife of a pastor and experienced volunteer at OurCalling, she brings a perspective of compassion and advocacy for our staff and guests.
