DR. THOMAS RENARD, M.D.
Board Chair
Tom is a board-certified pediatric surgeon and has served on the OurCalling board since 2016. His heart for medical missions has taken him and his wife to perform critical surgeries in various clinics around Kenya. He recently earned his Masters in Theology and enjoys serving regularly at OurCalling.
MELISSA ASH
Member
Melissa is a wife and mother to six children. An active community volunteer, she has vast knowledge of foster care and adoption and the array of challenges children within the system face. She began volunteering at OurCalling in 2012 and joined the OurCalling board in 2014.
CHRIS DANCE

Chris is an attorney and wealth manager and has served on the OurCalling board since 2008. He is a committed advocate and strategic advisor for OurCalling, who has overseen significant expansion of the ministry over the last 15 years.
CRIS RODRIGUEZ

Cris started volunteering with OurCalling in 2012 and joined the board in 2018. He is enjoying the blessings of being newly married. He serves in a volunteer role as the Mission’s Director for Reunion Church.
CHRIS SIMMONS
Member
Chris is the long-time pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in South Dallas and has served on the board since 2017. Overseeing a ministry that provides meals, healthcare, transitional housing, youth programs, and assistance, Chris brings a wealth of experience and compassion to OurCalling.
WAYNE WALKER
President, non-voting
Wayne serves as OurCalling’s CEO and Pastor. He has a master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary. Wayne has been involved with outreach for almost twenty-five years, the last nineteen of which have been focused on the homeless. As the founder and visionary for OurCalling, he champions and models its core cause, invites dialog, cooperates with other homeless-oriented service partners, and plans the organization’s programs and strategies for the present and future.
AMY WOOD

Amy is an active community volunteer and joined the OurCalling board in 2017. As the wife of a pastor and experienced volunteer at OurCalling, she brings a perspective of compassion and advocacy for our staff and guests.

Scott Turner
Co-Chair
Scott is the Chief Visionary Officer at JPI, the largest multifamily developer in DFW. Previously, he served as the House Representative for Texas District 33. Scott is the Founder & CEO of Community Engagement & Opportunity Council (CEOC) and has been involved with OurCalling since 2022. He and his wife live in Frisco.
Jim Wilson
Co-Chair
Jim is a Partner and the CFO of NMS Capital, a private equity firm. He has been an active member of Northwest Bible Church since 1991 and has had the privilege of serving with OurCalling since 2018. Jim has been married to Michelle for more than 30 years, and they have three children and one grandchild.

Bonnie Thompson
Member
Bonnie is a co-founder of Providence Christian School and One Hundred Shares Dallas. She has served on several nonprofit boards, including Behind Every Door and Pine Cove Christian Camps. She has been passionate about Our Calling since 2012. Bonnie has been married to Doug for 42 years and is an active member of Park Cities Presbyterian Church. They are blessed with 2 children and 7 grandchildren.
Dave Delph

Dave spent his nearly 40-year career in preK-12 Christian education, most recently as Head of School of Trinity Christian Academy in Addison. He has attended Watermark Community Church for over 20 years and has been involved with OurCalling since 2023. Dave and Rose have three children and ten grandchildren.
Tim Weber
Member
Tim Weber is a Partner and wealth manager at CORIENT. He and Donna have been together for 29 years and are active at All Saints Anglican Church in Dallas. They have two adult children, Katherine & Austin. Tim has supported OurCalling for many years and is new to the advisory team.
