Wayne WalkerExecutive Director & Pastor
Wayne Walker serves as OurCalling’s Executive Director and Pastor. He is a devoted husband and father of four children. He has his master’s degree in Cross Cultural Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary. Wayne has been involved with outreach for almost twenty years, the last fourteen of which have been focused on the homeless. As the founder and visionary for OurCalling, he champions and models its core cause, invites dialog and cooperates with other homeless-oriented service partners, and plans the organization’s programs and strategies for the present and future.Contact Wayne
Carolyn WalkerBusiness Administrator
Carolyn Walker is the Business Administrator at OurCalling. Carolyn holds a BAAS from Stephen F Austin State University with a dual focus on Accounting and Elementary Education. Her main focus is ongoing relationship with our donors and overseeing our bookkeeping, CPA, Accountant and Auditor. She truly loves the people at OurCalling and uses her gifts in administration to ensure the highest levels of integrity throughout the ministry. Carolyn is the wife of Pastor Wayne and they have 4 wonderful children.
Cali McCormacVolunteer and Events Coordinator
Cali McCormac is the Volunteer and Events Coordinator for OurCalling. Cali just graduated with a Masters in Cross-Cultural Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary. As the Volunteer and Events Coordinator, it is her responsibility to coordinate the hundreds of volunteers that serve at OurCalling every year and manage special events such as Monday Night Football and our annual Thanksgiving Event. Cali is passionate about seeing the church of God mobilized to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and teaching people with no experience with homelessness how to relate to someone radically different from themselves. Cali is married to Robbie McCormac, her best friend and partner in ministry.
Brandon WallacePastor of DiscipleShip
Brandon serves as the Pastor of Discipleship at OurCalling. Brandon is a graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary and holds a Theology of Ministry degree. He is the devoted husband to his lovely wife, Zanna, and proud father to two boys. Brandon’s responsibilities include shepherding the men and women of OurCalling’s discipleship service team, helping them grow closer to Jesus, and to share Him with others on the streets. He loves seeing people experience true joy and purpose by realizing the value they possess in the eyes of Jesus and His cross.
John DarbyAddiction Recovery and Operations
John Darby leads our Addiction Recovery and Operations at OurCalling. John holds a Masters degree in Counseling and Educational Leadership from Clemson University. His responsibilities include handling the day to day operations of the OurCalling facility and building personal relationships with homeless individuals, particularly the 80% of homeless individuals who are severely addicted to substances, hurts, hang ups, & habits. John’s life experiences have led him to understand, relate, and serve the least of these for God’s Glory and for His kingdom. John loves spending time with sister’s family and with his twin godchildren.
Fahdel H. ScrivenWarehouse Manager
Fahdel Scriven is the Warehouse Manager at OurCalling. Fahdel’s responsibilities include discipling our service team members who are working in the warehouse as well as distributing resources, food, and other important needs for our homeless guests. She enjoys helping others and learning, which she gets to do every day at OurCalling. Fahdel loves working alongside her Mom, who is her best friend and a frequent volunteer at OurCalling.
Jill PhillipsAdministrative Assistant
Jill Phillips is the Administrative Assistant for OurCalling. She holds a Masters of Arts Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Jill helps to make OurCalling run smoothly behind the scenes. She is joyfully married to Martin Phillips and proud mom of two children. Jill believes everyone needs to know the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ, even the least of these, and she’s honored to be a small part of bringing that message to them.
