Every day in North Texas, thousands of individuals face homelessness—and behind every statistic is a name, a face, and a story. At OurCalling, we meet people in crisis, but we never leave them there.
We’re not a shelter. We’re not a system. We’re something different: a Christ-centered, innovative model that connects people with the right path to stability, healing, and community.
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all services. We walk with people—one at a time—on a personalized journey from the streets to stability, powered by faith, strategy, and unrelenting compassion.
OurCalling’s co:mission campaign is a Gospel-rooted, scalable solution to homelessness. Building on nearly two decades of proven work, we’re multiplying efforts, equipping others, and advancing a vision of restored hope, rebuilt community, and transformed lives.
Strategic Initiatives
Over the next three years, we’re launching bold initiatives to expand our reach and deepen our impact. By 2027, we will:
Expanding Our Reach: We’re growing to eight outreach teams across Dallas and North Texas—bringing hope and pathways off the streets to more people who might never walk through our doors.
📈 Goal: 5,000 interactions, 550 personalized placements annually
Developing New Pathways: We’re expanding OurNetwork of partners and funding to provide more long-term solutions, not short-term fixes.
📈 Goal: 2,100 placements/year, with 70% entering long-term care
Technology That Heals & Connects: We’re building new digital tools to connect people to care faster, help nonprofits work smarter, and share our model with others.
📈 Goal: Boost program efficiency by 33%; equip 630 nonprofits
From Crisis to Community: We’re launching North Texas’s first supportive housing community for elderly and disabled homeless neighbors.
📈 Goal: Phase 1 in operation; Phase 2 fully funded
Sharing What Works:We’re training churches, nonprofits, businesses, hospitals, and first responders to respond with both compassion and effectiveness.
📈 Goal: 101 courses, launched and marketed nationally
Over the past two decades, OurCalling has pioneered a new model to address homelessness—rooted in the gospel, powered by innovation, and driven by measurable results. Now it’s time to scale this solution. But this isn’t just about what OurCalling can do—it’s about what we can do together.
