Why Phase 2 is Critical

While our first neighborhood is a success, our current operational model is a temporary bridge. To truly provide long-term stability, we must evolve our infrastructure.

Establishing Permanent Infrastructure
Currently, we deliver food, medical care, and counseling via mobile units and a small clubhouse. While this works for 25 residents, it is labor-intensive and complex for our staff and it’s not sustainable.

Closing the Care Gap
Without the 22,000 sq. ft. Community Service Building, we face limitations on the level of clinical care we can provide. The medical clinic, commercial kitchen, and partner rooms in Phase 2 will allow us to serve those with the most complex conditions—neighbors who are currently still waiting on the streets because we lack the clinical space to house them safely.

Unlocking Scalability
The installation of a municipal-grade waste treatment plant is more than just a utility upgrade. Without it, growth stops; with it, we are limited to only one more neighborhood.

Tripling Our Impact
By adding two additional neighborhoods (50 homes), we will bring our total capacity to 75 permanent residents, providing a life-changing solution to three times as many neighbors.
