Becoming a Table Host
Thank you for considering being a table host at our annual fundraiser banquet. We can’t wait to see you there! Below are some details that explain what it means to be a table host at this encouraging event.
PRAY: Pray for our November 12th event. Also, tell them that the event will take place on TWO distinct nights, which allows them to pick the date that’s most convenient for them.
CONSIDER: Make it personal! CALL your contacts rather than simply sending an e-mail or text about the event. Of course, do whatever is natural and most impactful among your peers.
INFORM: Be sure to let your contacts know that our event is a FUNDRAISER. There will be an ASK! We don’t want any surprised guests. Also, tell them that the event will take place on TWO distinct nights, which allows them to pick the date that’s most convenient for them.
SHARE: Inform your contacts of your own personal investment in OurCalling. Tell them what we do, why it matters, and how you’re involved.
SECURE: We will supply you with printed invitations to give to your contacts about 6 weeks prior to November 12th.
